Do I make full payment when booking?

If you make your booking online, full payment will be charged to your credit card.

My charter is several months away, can I pay a deposit now and the balance later?

Please contact us if you would like to make your booking with a 50% deposit.

What happens if I have to cancel?

You can Book with Confidence with our flexible cancellation terms and our 100% Lifetime Booking Credit which allows you or anyone you chose to use the credit from a cancelled charter anytime in the future.

You may cancel your charter before the departure time subject to the following Cancellation Terms and Fee:
- There is no penalty or fee for cancellations more than 3 days (72 hours) before charter departure.
- Cancellations 1 - 3 days (24 - 72 hours) before departure - 50% of total Booking Price or receive 100% Lifetime Booking Credit.
- There will be no refund or Booking Credit for failure to show or cancellation less than 24 hours before departure.

How many guests can the boat accommodate?

Red Shank, our 29 foot World Cat can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. Lil Blue, our 25 foot World Cat can accommodate 6 guests. 

Will there be other groups on board?

No, we provide completely private charters so only your group will be on board.

Do you provide pick up at the cruise ship terminal?

No, but we will provide details on getting a taxi straight from the terminal. It's quick and easy and only cost $5 per person.
