Credit card payments in favor of Crazy Crab Ltd are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). TREKKSOFT will appear as CRAZY CRAB on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

Terms and Conditions of Activity Booking
Activity Booking Payments
Full payment or a deposit (downpayment) of 50% of the total Booking price is payable at the time of your Activity Booking. The balance of your Booking total must be paid at least 72 hours before your Activity commencement time. Bookings that are not paid in full 72 hours before Activity commencement may be subject to cancellation.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
We may need to cancel or reschedule your Activity due to inclement weather, mechanical failure or other circumstances. We will refund all payments if we cancel your Activity or make a significant change to your Activity schedule which is not acceptable to you.
If you need to reschedule your Activity, we will do our best to accommodate you. Requests for rescheduling should be made as early as possible before the commencement time of your Activity. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the commencement time of your Activity may be subject to a Reschedule Fee.
You can Book with Confidence with our flexible cancellation terms and our 100% Lifetime Booking Credit which allows you or anyone you chose to use the credit from a cancelled charter anytime in the future.
You may cancel your charter before the departure time subject to the following Cancellation Terms and Fee:
– There is no penalty or fee for cancellations more than 3 days (72 hours) before charter departure.
– Cancellations 1 – 3 days (24 – 72 hours) before departure – 50% of total Booking Price or receive 100% Lifetime Booking Credit
There will be no refund for failure to show or cancellations less than 24 hours before the Activity commencement time.
Safety and Wildlife Interaction
Activities take place in fragile and protected environments and are subject to Cayman Islands Marine Conservation Law and Regulations. Our Crew will guide and instruct you on the best way to enjoy the Activities without injury to yourself or the environment. By commencing the Activity, each Participant agrees to comply with the safety and wildlife interaction instructions of the crew. Each Participant agrees to not behave in any way which causes discomfort, danger, damage or injury to the crew, other Participants, wildlife or environment.
Release of Waiver
Prior to commencing the Activity, each Participant (or the Participant’s parent or legal guardian if the Participant is under 18) will be required to sign a Release of Liability Waiver.
Maximum number of Passengers
Please note the maximum number of passengers/guests for your Activity as we will strictly adhere to these limits.
